The latest polls in the UK show that a population sick of the Brexit chaos will support the Johnson Conservatives on December 12. If the Conservatives do form a stable government Brexit will take place and the UK will then turn to the United States.
In Israel the main political parties have failed to form a government and the president has passed the matter on to the Knesset which will have 21 days to try and resolve the deadlock. Success seems unlikely which leaves the options of the Knesset legislating an election date or giving the mandate back to the president who must then set an election date in 90 days.
The very popular Likud MK Gideon Saar challenges Netanyahu for party leadership saying that he will demand a Likud leadership race. The race could split Likud between moderates backing Saar and extremists backing Netanyahu. Whichever side wins the leadership, if at least 11 Mk’s agree to leave Likud they can split from Likud to form a new party and remain as MK’s in the Knesset.
The Syrian Idlib offensive has begun but it looks like it will be a slow methodical step by step operation which will take months. The United States is to begin a massive deployment of troops to Europe and the Middle East in February for exercises in March and April. This appears to be a very obvious preparation for a general Middle East war in the spring or summer, although hostilities between Gaza and Israel could break out sooner.
Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit announced Thursday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be charged with criminal wrongdoing in three separate cases against him. Netanyahu will be charged with fraud and breach of trust in Cases 1000 and 2000, and bribery, fraud and breach of trust in Case 4000.
With formal corruption charges against Netanyahu and the Likud deeply divided, Netanyahu could elect to go to war at any time to cement his position with his extremist backers. The closer the election day comes the greater the risk of a general Middle East conflict breaking out. Any election date could be postponed if the security situation deteriorates.
These trends strongly indicate that:
- A costly bloody Middle East war is highly likely to take place in 2020 resetting regional realities.
- There will be a new government formed in Israel which will be able to make the peace
- A Middle East Peace plan will be negotiated, with a possibility of being achieved by late 2020 or soon after
CAUTION: Even if these things work out as they are currently trending, there is still no way of knowing how long it would take for a peace deal to be successfully completed as per 1 Thess 5:3.
While there is a high probability that the tribulation will begin in late 2020 nothing is certain until the expected miracle working abomination is set up in the Vatican and a peace deal is seen as achieved. After he is set up he will endorse a New Federal Europe and go to the Temple Mount triggering the tribulation when the extremist Settler Movement Jews sabotage the peace.
In the Armstrong based churches UCG is set to reinvent itself in May 2020 in the hope that the next 25 years will be much better than the last twenty five years. UCG may still pay lip service to its list of beliefs but those beliefs have already been greatly diminished in terms of any practical application.
UCG’s present evangelical leaning leaders having learned from the reaction to the clear break from Armstrong doctrine by Joe Tkach; have been subtly moving towards watering down the practical application of those doctrines and they flatly reject any bonafide increase in knowledge of godliness.
An example of just how far they are willing to go to reject knowledge and defend error may be found in their “Should Christians Observe the New Moons?” paper. As in other papers they make ample use of Contextomy which is taking a quote out of its context and presenting it as meaning something entirely different from its true in context meaning.
In this case the misrepresented quotes from Rabbi Nathan Bushwick were approved by the 2002 UCG Doctrinal Committee. While this is a UCG Paper, COGWA and LCG also adhere to the same position based on the same deliberate deception. Note: This is just a rough draft as a sample of what is coming.
An examination of the deliberate misrepresentation of Rabbi Nathan Bushwick in UCG’s “Should Christians Observe the New Moons?” Paper. Please note this introduction is a rough draft posted as a trailer for a more complete upcoming post.
At TheShiningLight I have now begun updating the 18 prophecy books behind the scenes. The goal of updating all of the site material by Pentecost 2020 is doable although there is a tremendous amount of work still left to be done. Please do not forget me in your prayers and remember that this work is in need of your financial support.
With the launch of a refocused UCG coming in May and geopolitical trends converging in the spring, completing the written studies is the number one priority so that I can begin recording programs and focusing on church and world events as soon as possible.
